Davis-Standard has an immediate opening in the Fulton, New York location for a Aftermarket Sales Order Coordinator.

Duties require, but are not limited to the following:

• Review Customer purchase orders for discrepancies with Davis-Standard quote
• Obtain necessary approvals from Contract Administrator prior to entry of order
• Prepare necessary paperwork for computer entry of order
• Enter new orders into MIS data management systems and create associated files, folders, etc.
• Communicate entry of new orders to appropriate distribution chain
• Process specification/external changes, internal changes (cost shift) and backlog adjustments (cost missed) for sold contracts
• Interact with Davis-Standard Customers regarding potential sales opportunities for aftermarket products/support
• Additional duties as may be assigned as necessary

Experience

Required

• 2 year(s): Administrative and Organizational skills required

Preferred

• Manufacturing environment experience a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Project and Adobe Acrobat strongly preferred

Education

• High School or better in Other
