Davis-Standard is a global leader in the design, development and distribution of extrusion and converting technology. Our systems encompass over 11 product lines to support manufacturing applications and customers in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, building & construction, consumer products, medical, and packaging.
Davis-Standard has an immediate opening in the Fulton, New York location for a Aftermarket Sales Order Coordinator.
Duties require, but are not limited to the following:
- Review Customer purchase orders for discrepancies with Davis-Standard quote
- Obtain necessary approvals from Contract Administrator prior to entry of order
- Prepare necessary paperwork for computer entry of order
- Enter new orders into MIS data management systems and create associated files, folders, etc.
- Communicate entry of new orders to appropriate distribution chain
- Process specification/external changes, internal changes (cost shift) and backlog adjustments (cost missed) for sold contracts
- Interact with Davis-Standard Customers regarding potential sales opportunities for aftermarket products/support
- Additional duties as may be assigned as necessary
Experience
Required
- 2 year(s): Administrative and Organizational skills required
Preferred
- Manufacturing environment experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Project and Adobe Acrobat strongly preferred
Education
Required
- High School or better in Other

- Associates or better in Engineering or related field
