$25/hr average ($17.25/hr + bonus + commission)

Hours:

FULL TIME 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

or

PART TIME 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Outbound phone calls to homeowners to set up an appointment for a free estimate (cold and warm calls).

Must have previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or other related field.

Must have excellent communication skills. During these conversations with homeowners you must have the expertise to be able to ask strategic questions to find an opportunity for windows, doors or siding, while overcoming objections and building trust and rapport with the homeowner, and leading that conversation into an appointment for a free estimate.

As an employee, we know we have the best products with the best warranties, that we will take really good care of the homeowner and and they will not be dissappointed, however, they don’t know that so you have to have the ability to sell them on the benefits of just getting a free estimate. So you are not actually selling anything. Just setting up an appointment. Your bonuses and commissions are based on you just setting up solid appointments and someone else (not you) will go out to give them a free estimate.

If you have the tenacity… the determination… the perseverance and persistance of a salesperson… if you have the grit and follow-through to do what it takes… there is no limit to how much money you can make (and you personally are not selling anything).
