Full Job Description
We are looking for a professional to join our Business Development Center team. Qualified applicants should be outgoing with strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and have ability to conduct business via telephone and email. Previous Automotive Internet Sales is a plus!.

Compensation : 40 hours a week. Evenings, Weekends, and Holiday hours are a must. ABOVE AVERAGE PAY PLAN. Annual income can be estimated at $35,000 – $55,000+

Answer customer calls and establishes follow-ups with sales appointments.

Respond quickly to the internet, phone, and text inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.

Present initial financing options based on customer needs.

Learn manufacturer brand, models, features, options, etc.

Work in a high-volume team environment with several other representatives.

Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Followup with previous and existing customers

At least one previous role based in customer service experience

Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

Have integrity, a positive attitude, and have a strong work ethic

Strong computer and telephone skills

Be punctual and reliable.
