Business Development Rep – Phantom Copy

Who We Are: Phantom Copy is a content marketplace and digital marketing agency for automotive dealers. Our rich history in the automotive space has put this Oshkosh-based company in a unique position to capitalize on the past while building the future of digital marketing for car dealers.

Who We Need: We are currently looking for a full-time Business Development Rep that is willing to work between 35-40 hours per week, with the primary focus on setting demos for our business development team. This will include cold calling, cold emailing, following up on email opens, and utilizing our customer lists and data sets to isolate potential customers.

In addition to an hourly rate, the Business Development Rep will receive a spiff on attended demos, and a generous commission on sold deals. There is no commission cap.

Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is motivated to start in an entry-level sales position at a new company, learn fast, work hard, and have the potential to grow along with us into the future. At the very least, we hope to give someone experience that they can take with them to their next venture.

Our Experience: Our team has worked in the automotive space for over a decade. During that time, we built, grew, and exited a major automotive platform vendor that is still serving thousands of car dealerships today. This current venture is a new model for the content marketing and SEO space that utilizes the best of what we’ve learned through the years.

Desired Skills: We are willing to train the right candidate. Skills that are a plus, but not required, include:

• Experience in sales
• Experience with email marketing
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience cold calling
• Experience with HubSpot CRM
• Knowledge of the automotive space

This job is located in Oshkosh, WI, but remote work is an option for Wisconsin residents.
