Inside Sales

American Producers Supply is looking for a qualified candidate to support increased sales at our Saint Albans, WV location. Primary responsibilities include order entry, quoting, assisting with walk in customers, and answering phones for our industrial, construction and oilfield customers. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in an industrial/construction retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Pay Rate is based on experience and qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Enter and process customer quotes and orders

· Welcome and identify customer needs

· Explain products and services to customers

· Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

· Investigate and resolve customer complaints

· Enter and process quotes and orders from the outside sales team

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field

· Experience in construction or industrial material sales a plus

· Ability to handle multiple tasks

· Ability to build rapport with customers

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean MVR

· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Compensation based on experience and product knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

• Saint Albans, WV 25177: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
