Full Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for Exodus Exterminating, you are the “voice of the company”. You will be handling inbound and outbound telephone activity, email, and fax correspondence as well as the occasional walk in customer.

You will be tasked with:

Answering incoming phone calls – Offering great customer service and solutions to every customer you are working with in a calm, empathetic and confident manner. Scheduling appointments and optimizing service routes.

Responding to both Emails and text communication – Make outbound phone calls, send emails, and reply to text messaging for new and existing clients to address client’s needs.

Communicating with technician – Communicating information with field techs as needed.

Selling – This position does require some selling. The responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to offer options and solutions that you believe will help them, and that the customer will feel good about choosing

In many cases, you are making a first impression with this customer. You will help them understand that they have called the right place, that we are more than capable of handling and solving their pest difficulties, all with professionalism and care.

At the end of each day you will feel as though you helped many and worked in a positive, encouraging environment alongside a great group of people!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Mainly Monday- Friday 8-5

Supplemental Pay:

Sales incentives.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1-3 years (Preferred)

Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Scheduling/routing (a plus)
