The Nassau County Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team. Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for selling Chamber memberships to prospective non-member businesses, as well as products and sponsorships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work with tight deadlines, make decisions, be adaptable, and work as part of a strong and dedicated team.

The Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for executing all member services as well as the development and implementation of initiatives to acquire, retain, and support the Chamber membership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, and relationship management, and possess top customer service and organizational skills. Maintaining a professional image and attitude, aligned with the Chamber brand, at all times while representing the organization is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
