Experienced Customer Service Representative

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
• Manage day to day transportation operations including but not limited to: dispatching, tracking, & scheduling shipments
• Ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared
• Maintain effective and professional communication both internally and externally within a timely manner
• Assist with cost negotiation on shipments
• Collaborate with both carrier and sales teams
• Continue to follow standard operating procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma
• >1 year experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
• Problem solving skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills
• Possess professional phone and email mannerisms
• Outgoing personality, high energy, flexible
• Great attitude and desire to work hard
• Team player mentality
