Maxair, LLC has been in operation since 1967. We have been experiencing exciting growth and are looking to add a professional Inside Sales Coordinator to our operation. Some weekend remote work will be required.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Ability to build long-lasting relationships with Jetcard clients

· Responsible for quoting and scheduling local client trips

· Coordinate ground transportation and catering requests

· Work closely with scheduling

· Answer office phone and route call to appropriate department

· Maintain office and aircraft snack and beverage inventory

· Support Outside Sales Coordinator, as needed

Qualifications

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Outgoing and optimistic

· Great customer service attitude

· Advanced computer skills

· Ability to multi task and adapt to schedule changes

· Aviation experience, preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
