Our Wausau facility is seeking a highly motivated and professional inside sales representative to promote our products and capabilities. The responsibilities of this position include:

· Managing day-to-day transactions for assigned accounts via phone or email

· Responding to customer quotes in a timely manner

· Following up on previously quoted business

· Entering new customer orders

· Negotiating with customers on pricing, due date, and other commitments

· Coordinate sales plan with outside sales representatives and management

· Developing a good understanding of our customers and their products/needs

· Monitoring in-process orders to ensure on-time delivery

· Prospecting new business

· Preparing sales reports for management and customers

· Develop strong relationships with assigned accounts

Position Requirements:

· Experience in sales or within the manufacturing industry

· Strong conversational skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Strong negotiation skills

· Professional presentation and written communication skills

· Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel
