You will be expected to handle minimal customer service work for existing clients while growing a new insurance business.

- Experience in prospecting, networking, and new business development.
- Property & Casualty focus.
- Ability to close a sale.
- Experience in creating and delivering sales presentations.
- Retail sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency to multitask, follow-through, and following up.
- Fundamental computer and Microsoft Office program skills are essential.
Education & Certification:
- High School or GED required.
- College Degree preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty License.
