Modern Milkman Sales Development

Mission:

To get more involved with the community while growing The Modern Milkman sales and signing up new accounts.

The Modern Milkman has been providing delivery services of fresh dairy and many local items to residential areas and prides itself with a low effort sign up process, reasonably cost service, and high quality products. Our sales team can be proud of the services and products they are backing.

This position will develop a door to door sales process, script and strategy for bringing on new customers and expanding growth in current and new territories.

Outcomes:

• Identify neighborhoods that are densely populated in our current delivery areas
• Knock on doors and educate customers on who we are and why we are better
• Offer samples of our product
• Leave fliers on doors where customers are away, track when the flier is brought inside
• Hang/distribute 60 fliers per day
• Interact with 20 potential customers per day
• Obtain 5 new customer sign ups per day
• Track each sale, lead and stop you make
• Sign up for and participate in local shows, markets and event opportunities
• Implement sales process including script, daily outline, post day recap
• Establish good relationships with team members, customers and business contacts
• Build a good reputation focused on quality and customer service
