Chick-fil- A 9 Mile Road actively seeks opportunities to serve our CRAVE-able food across our community. We have several locations that sell food outside of our restaurant, and we work hard to provide the same attentive care and quality food at these locations as we do in our restaurant, while maintaining a professional and guest-focused image.

The Off-site Sales Team Member would be part of a select team of individuals who seek to grow our Chick-fil-A brand by running these off-site locations with utmost integrity. They assemble food in the restaurant, then load and transport the order, a POS and any other supplies as needed to the location. The food, POS and supplies are then setup at the off-site location in order to sell food at the appointed time. When the shift is concluded most of the items are taken back to the restaurant, and sales are recorded into the system. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; capable of representing all Chick-fil-A quality and service standards with minimal immediate oversight; service oriented with high energy and a friendly demeanor; comfortable working and interacting daily with diverse internal and external customers in a professional and cooperative manner; able to work well within a team; and attend to every guest with honor, dignity and respect.

The Off-site Sales Team Member may also be called up on to support other aspects of restaurant operations including, but not limited to; delivery of catering orders and team member duties in specific areas of the restaurant. The Off-site Sales Team Member will initially be trained as part of our restaurant operations before transitioning to their off-site location as assigned.

The candidate must be dedicated to personal growth as well as professional growth as they serve on our team. They must be passionate about customer service and strive for excellence in all tasks.

The qualified candidate must be capable of working on your feet for 6-8 hours; able to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds overhead on a regular and ongoing basis; have reliable transportation, including a valid driver’s license; be able to work independently with integrity and possess strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a daytime position with working hours anytime between 9 am – 4 pm with occasional evening hours if requested.

Candidate must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
