Insight is currently hiring for the 2022 sales team, both new and experienced sales reps.

We are hiring a set number of people for this role, as it is a competitive position due to the earning potential. Number of applicants hired will be limited. We invest a lot into those we work with sand as such we are very selective.

All initial interviews are conducted over Zoom/ Google meet.

Full time and summer-season positions available.

Applicants should have the following:

• Great communication skills
• Resilience. Willingness to learn and push through learning curve.
• Being comfortable talking to cold contacts and potential clients
• A “never give up” attitude
• Previous sales/ customer service is helpful but not required if candidates are seeking a career in business/sales, are a good fit, and interview well.

Your role:

• Generate and close new leads for Insight’s recurring pest solutions service, marketing door-to-door
• Attain new contacts daily
• Mon-Fri work schedule
• Be responsible for young managing clients within your area and getting them scheduled to be serviced
