The Sales Analyst develops and maintains KPIs supporting short- and long-term strategies for the Clean Energy sales organization; including sales funnel metrics, sales vs budget reporting by geography, In-Home-Consultation closure rate, ISR phone metrics, POS reporting, pricing analysis, and other ad hoc sales reports as requested.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create, update and distribute various periodic sales reports/analyses.

Create and maintain reports in SAP Web Intelligence, and Sales Force.

Ad hoc reports/analyses as needed by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

3 years’ relevant work experience in sales, customer service, finance, accounting or other related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Finance or business degree

SAP, Sales Force and BI experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Financial and analytical skills to model and quantify impacts of assumptions and events;

Ability to present information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences;

Ability to manage multiple projects and/or assignments concurrently;

Proficiency in database applications and MS Office with excellent Excel skills;

Ability to act proactively, independently, and decisively to quickly assess needs and identify logical solutions;

Ability to think and act strategically;

Ability to work collaboratively across business units’ hierarchy and functions;

Excellent interpersonal, management, motivation and analytical skills

Self-starter with initiative and vision; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and drive for creating efficiencies

Data analysis skills to interpret reporting, identifying areas of improvement, and providing insight on future actions

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
