We are seeking a full time Sales Associate at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. Our Sales Associates are accountable for serving client families by making at need cemetery arrangements, and selling pre-need arrangements.

The responsibilities include lead generation and prospecting, creating sales presentations, networking and building community relationships, retrieving referrals, and presenting informational seminars. We serve families by providing exemplary personalized service and play an essential role in generating revenue for the funeral home as well as acting as the primary contact for families.

We will provide excellent, structured classroom, field, and online trainings. This position offers substantial commission-based earning potential and you will be equipped with the tools and training needed to achieve your financial goals.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, SalesForce is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
