The All Pro Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, estimating, presenting solutions and selling integrated audio, video and lighting systems to small businesses within an assigned regional territory. The qualified candidate must also attain required sales revenue goals while maintaining professional relationships with our customers.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Responsible for prospect identification, cultivating and closing new business within the assigned vertical business segment
  • Maintain positive interaction with current customers to ensure long-term relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets within established timeframe
  • Effectively track sales, prospecting activities, and create timely status reports
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Write and submit professional proposals
  • Promote All Pro’s products and services in a professional manner
  • Timely and accurate submittal of sales orders and job notes for appropriate order processing and use by our technical staff
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients
  • Stay abreast of new developments, trends and changes in the AVL industry
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues to ensure maximum satisfaction

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Quantifiable track record of sales performance effectiveness
  • Excellent history of effective negotiating skills, customer service, and oral and written communications
  • Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated and requires little supervision
  • Time management and organizational skills are critical
  • A proven ability to prepare and present effective sales presentations
  • Proficient in the use of computers and MS Office
  • Must be able to effectively interpret general business documentation
  • The ability to travel by airplane and automobile
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Education and Experience: The All Pro Express Sales Representative shall possess a four-year degree from an accredited university and an equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of Audio, Video and Lighting equipment. An effective candidate should possess knowledge of customer relations, communications and project management. AVIXA CTS or CTS-D is preferred but not required.
