Position Description:

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a highly-motivated individual for our Sales Support Representative position in our Tallahassee, FL location.

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling the sales cycle from the initial call to closing the deal. You will work with both new and existing customers, building and maintaining relationships, and resolving customer issues. You’ll be provided leads from trade shows, and will also be responsible for creating your own prospects to drive additional revenue. You will also perform other administrative and related functions as required. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be a self-starter with good time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled at building strong customer relationships
• Ability to multi-task and organize effectively
