As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you are both a big picture thinker and in-depth problem solver, your knowledge and skills are both broad and deep. You will consult with customers on technical and business challenges related to their consumer and patient engagement efforts. The solutions you architect will leverage Mercury Healthcare’s industry-leading data and insights platform to enhance and maximize their existing Martech investments.


What you will do:

  • Support pre-sales by creating Marketecture visualizations showing how Mercury Healthcare can integrate with customers’ existing Martech stacks
  • Serve as a technical Salesforce and Mercury Healthcare SME during customer sales meetings
  • Incorporate multi-platform and/or multi-channel requirements in architectural design
  • Serve as a technical liaison to product and professional services teams to support custom and/or atypical initiatives
  • Assist in scoping by providing hours and effort estimates for potential projects
  • Guide Product development teams on Salesforce best practices
  • Lead client-facing conversations, particularly architectural discovery sessions and presenting Mercury-aligned solutions

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience working in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Health Cloud
  • Experience with multiple implementation across multiple Salesforce Clouds a plus
  • 2+ years experience with integration and/or API management platforms such as Mulesoft or Apigee
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships within the organization, establish own priorities with minimal guidance and oversight a must
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or other Marketing Automation platforms a plus
  • Health Cloud experience a huge plus
  • Keeps up-to-date with latest Salesforce developments and product roadmaps
  • Must have experience authoring reference architectures and other solution engineering documentation
  • Excellent verbal, written and collaboration skills to effectively present and communicate with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Possess both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to show due diligence in content and presentations
  • Ability to formulate strategic plans and provide strategic direction to the company and clients
  • Ideal candidate will be naturally curious and not afraid to express own opinion even if it differs from the generally accepted solution
