Are you ready to start your sales career? Become a Sales Support Specialist at FasTrak SoftWorks!
We are a leading provider of industrial automation and maintenance management software. Focused on solving the issues that are unique to manufacturers, we have been helping to automate industrial companies for over 30 years. We are looking for new and recent college graduates to help us sell our maintenance management software solutions over the telephone. No prior sales experience is necessary and no cold calling is required.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of the maintenance management industry and FasTrak’s maintenance management software products
- Represent FasTrak in a professional manner to customers and prospects
- Execute sales initiatives and strategies
- Advance sales opportunities through a defined sales process
- Contact customers and prospects by telephone and email
- Ask questions to identify needs and qualify leads
- Offer benefit-driven solutions based on needs
- Demonstrate software functionality
- Document prospect information, conversation details, and outcomes
- Schedule followup activities with customers and prospects
- Prepare quotes
- Maintain account relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
- Previous customer service experience
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- A desire to help others
- Well-developed listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Openness to receiving frequent feedback
