We provide all leads. We are looking for agents nationwide to implements our systems and produce results. We will show you how to use our nationwide network to execute business. We will teach you how to do deals at a high level, introduce you to creative ways of doing real estate, how to maximize your footprint, and leverage as a real estate agent. We will teach you how to analyze deals, working with wholesalers, investors, commercial and portfolio deals. This position is ideal for an existing real estate agent who is trying to reach the next level.

This job requires virtual meetings daily upon onboarding to bring you up to speed with what we need from you. From there, weekly meetings. We operate through a live video conference room at all times just like if you were working in an office. Help is readily available for all your questions.

This a virtual position. Multiple screen work station is recommended with ability to video conference. Must be able to work at a high level on multiple deals at the same time. This job requires highly proficient sales skills, high ability to use technology, communicate through text, email, proficient use of CRM, and ability to stay organized handling large data. Minimal field work required. You will be in front of a computer most of the day talking with clients, messaging clients, and doing transactions.

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices


  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
