Experienced Customer Service Representative
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
- Manage day to day transportation operations including but not limited to: dispatching, tracking, & scheduling shipments
- Ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared
- Maintain effective and professional communication both internally and externally within a timely manner
- Assist with cost negotiation on shipments
- Collaborate with both carrier and sales teams
- Continue to follow standard operating procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma
- >1 year experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Problem solving skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills
- Possess professional phone and email mannerisms
- Outgoing personality, high energy, flexible
- Great attitude and desire to work hard
- Team player mentality
