SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Next Energy Solution is one of the largest solar electric companies in the Midwest and is seeking Inside / Outside Sales Representative to increase sales in our Central Wisconsin territory. If you have prior experience in sales and a desire to expand your career with an innovative and socially conscious organization, NES wants to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Utilize resources including sales leads, marketing collateral, and supplemental sales training. Effectively demonstrating to potential customers the value of NES solar.
- Able to generate new leads in addition working existing leads and converting them to a sale.
- Apply product knowledge of proprietary designed systems, representing a product that will set you apart in the fastest growing energy field.
- Collaborate on improvements to marketing idea generation in your prospective territory to expand the NES footprint.
- Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
- We provide a very in-depth training program; we want to see you be successful.
- Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field and/or 2+ years equivalent sales experience.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office as well as CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- License: Driver’s License (Required).
- Work Authorization: United States (Required).
COMPENSATION:
Job Type- Full-time
- This position offers a base salary plus commission with a much higher than industry standard rate. Additional incentives and bonuses are provided.
Direct Deposit, bi-weekly payroll.

- Use of a company vehicle.
- This is base + commission position with a realistic 75-150k+ in the first year alone.
- We do not solicit/pay for leads! Our leads are 90% organic – referrals, word-of-mouth, and marketing drive our abundance of warm leads.
